A look behind the scenes - how we work at INSYNC.
From strategy plan and hero designs to launch: our process step by step - and the role you play as a client.

Robert Siemens

Anyone who works with us isn’t just looking for a website. Our clients come to us because they sense their current presence is no longer enough. They want a leap forward - a digital experience that builds trust, excites customers, and clearly sets them apart from the competition.
For that to succeed, it’s not enough to lay a pretty design over old structures. At INSYNC, every project starts with a clear process. And that’s exactly what we want to show you here, step by step.
Key takeaways
- Clients come to us when their presence no longer cuts it.
- Five phases from strategy to launch - with a clear client part.
Strategy & foundation
Before we get creative, we ask the decisive question: what should the website achieve for your company? That’s where our foundation comes from:
Website strategy plan - a clear structure that brings your services, audiences, and messages to the point.
Moodboard - look & feel: colors, typography, animations, visual world. So you see early on where the journey is heading.
Hero designs - the first section of your new website, the most important area of all. This is where a visitor decides to stay or leave.
For our clients, this first step is always an aha moment: they finally feel how their company could come across online.

Creative collaboration
This is where the real teamwork begins. Designers, copywriters, 3D artists, and motion designers sit at one (virtual) table. While one designer sketches the user journey, someone else works on micro-interactions that make a message tangible. A 3D artist might build a model that explains what makes your service special.
Everything happens in short feedback loops. No rigid departments, no endless handoffs. Instead: direct collaboration, lots of exchange - and polishing until it feels right.

Development & technology
While the design matures, our development team builds the technical foundation.
Webflow is our standard because it’s fast, flexible, and absolutely precise.
When things get more complex, we rely on WebGL, Three.js, or custom code. That’s how we create interactive experiences and animations that hardly anyone else can offer.
The result: websites that don’t just look good but also convince technically - stable, performant, and scalable for the long run.
Your part as a client
We know many companies don’t have time to constantly deliver new content or sign off on every step. That’s why we built our process so you’re only involved where it really matters.
You get clear progress updates that are visually understandable.
You give feedback, we implement it.
We take care of the rest.
No overload of calls, no micromanagement - just a structured process that saves you time while making sure we’re heading exactly in the right direction.

Launch & live experience
In the end, everything comes together: layout, copy, images, 3D elements, animations. This is the moment our clients often say: “Wow - this is exactly how we imagined it, only this is even better.”
The launch isn’t just a “go-live.” It’s the beginning of a new digital presence that shows immediate impact: with customers, partners, and investors.
Conclusion: this is how we work at INSYNC
Behind the scenes, we’re a small, tightly knit team that doesn’t compromise. Everyone brings their strength - and together we make sure that what emerges isn’t just a website, but a digital presence that leaves an impression.
This is what working with us looks like: clear, focused, creative - and always with the ambition to build something that moves you forward for the long term.
