100% remote. Our team is distributed across several countries, with a studio hub in the Oberpfalz region. If you like to work in the office, you're warmly welcome to come on-site - but you don't have to.

Yes, from the first hour. We don't believe in free trials or unpaid sample work. If we invite you to a test project, you get a fair hourly rate - whether or not a contract comes out of it.

From application to signed contract: usually 2-4 weeks. We take our time on good hires - if you're expecting a 24-hour decision, this isn't the place. We communicate transparently: after every step you know where you stand.

For most roles: yes. We look for specialists who command their craft at a high level. Junior roles get posted explicitly when we have them - which is rarely.

Designers work in Figma + AI tools for asset generation. Devs in Webflow, Wix Studio or Next.js depending on project. Plus GSAP, Rive, Lottie, three.js for animation. PMs in Asana, Slack for communication, Notion for the knowledge hub.
