About INSYNC

Who do you work for?

For ambitious B2B companies: software and IT, industry, law firms, tax advisors and financial service providers, plus select startups. Over 250 completed projects, with clients across Germany and internationally.

What sets you apart from other agencies?

Three things. First: specialists instead of generalists, with dedicated people for design, development, motion and strategy. Second: our standard is what you picture when you think of brands like Apple. Third: we build our own software and know the tools from both sides, as users and as developers.

Do you work with templates?

No. Every website is built from scratch for your company. No recycled heroes, no industry clone, no template your competitors already have.

Where are you based?

We're headquartered in the Oberpfalz, and our clients are based across Germany and internationally. Most projects run digitally, and in-person meetings are possible in Regensburg and Franconia.

Who works on my project?

A dedicated team of specialists: design, development and motion, plus a project manager as your constant throughout the entire project. Not one person doing everything halfway. You can see who's behind it on our About page.

Costs and pricing

What does a website with INSYNC cost?

New websites start at €8,000, including strategy, design, development, CMS and a technical SEO foundation. A business website usually costs between €8,000 and €15,000, premium projects and web platforms between €15,000 and €30,000 and more. After the free intro call, you get a proposal tailored exactly to your project.

What does a single landing page cost?

A single landing page, for example for a launch or a campaign, starts at €5,000.

Do you bill by the hour?

No. You pay a fixed project price from €8,000, or for ongoing work, the care retainer from €1,290 per month. Our guide Web development costs compares typical hourly rates of freelancers and agencies.

What does motion design cost?

In a web project, motion is included in the proposal. We price individual animations or assets by scope: the price depends on the type of animation, interactivity, 3D models and where they're used.

Process and collaboration

How exactly does a project work?

In clear phases: strategy and concept, then design in stages, each of which you receive as a video presentation, then development, then launch. You give feedback at defined points, and we handle everything else. No call marathons, no micromanagement.

How long does a project take?

A website usually takes us 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to go-live, larger projects need 6 to 12 weeks. The timeline depends on scope, asset production and how quickly you give feedback. If you have a fixed launch date, mention it in the intro call and we'll plan backwards.

Who is my point of contact during the project?

A dedicated project manager guides you from start to finish. When you ask something, you get an answer within 24 hours.

How many feedback rounds are planned?

One main feedback round per phase plus final approval at the end. Structured and bundled instead of ten points scattered across an email. That keeps scope and pace stable.

What do I need to provide?

We bring concept, design, copy suggestions, imagery and development. You bring your expertise, meaning content only you can provide: client references, team info, logos and real photos, if you have them.

How do you make sure the design fits us?

We start with strategy and a mood board, then design the hero section first, the most important part of your website. So you see very early where things are headed, and you help steer before the full page is built.

What happens if I don't like a design?

Then we talk about what exactly doesn't fit, and we iterate. That's what the design phases are for. We don't hand anything to development that you don't stand behind. And we don't stop at “okay”, we stop at “exactly like that”.

Design and motion

Do you also do branding?

As part of your web presence: yes. We help develop color palette, typography, visual direction and imagery if your branding isn't in place yet or no longer matches your standards. Complete corporate identities, from business cards to trade show booths, aren't our business.

Do you also redesign existing websites?

Yes, from a targeted redesign of individual pages to a complete website relaunch with redirects and ranking protection. In the intro call, we'll tell you whether a refresh is enough or a rebuild makes more sense.

Does my website even need animations?

Not every website does. Motion pays off where it explains something, guides visitors or creates a moment that sticks. Where it would only be decoration, we advise against it, even though we could do it.

Does motion slow down my website?

No, not if it's built right. We use lightweight formats like Rive and Lottie, compress 3D models and load animations only when they're needed. Content and buttons always come first.

Can you show our product in 3D?

Yes, from software interfaces to machines. We model from CAD data, photos or sketches and present the product interactively in the browser or as a rendered video. More on this under Motion design.

Technology and development

Which technologies do you work with?

We build new websites with Next.js or Astro, React and TypeScript, Sanity as the CMS and hosting on Vercel. The design is created beforehand in Figma. We use Webflow for existing Webflow clients and on request.

Why not WordPress?

WordPress needs plugins for most features, and they require regular updates and security maintenance. With Next.js or Astro and Sanity, that effort goes away, and the pages are faster and easier for AI crawlers to read. If WordPress remains the better choice for your case, we'll tell you. You'll find the detailed comparison in the guide Webflow vs WordPress.

Do you take over existing websites or third-party code?

Yes. We review what's there and tell you what can be developed further and what's faster to rebuild. If we rebuild, we plan the migration with a redirect map so your rankings are preserved.

Do you build integrations with CRM and other tools?

Yes, that's core to what we do. We connect CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, booking tools, databases and automations, so inquiries land directly in the right system.

Do you also build web apps, portals or online stores?

Web apps and portals, yes, there's a dedicated page for that: Web apps and portals. Online stores aren't our focus, we concentrate on B2B websites and systems.

Will my website be multilingual?

If you sell internationally, yes. German and English are the norm, more languages are possible. We set up separate URLs per language and hreflang so each version gets found in its market.

SEO and AI visibility

Is SEO included?

The technical foundation, yes: page structure, load time, metadata, structured data, llms.txt and indexing are part of every project. Ongoing work on rankings and AI visibility is a separate package, the SEO retainer.

Can ChatGPT and other AI search tools read my website?

Yes. Thanks to server-side rendering, structured data and llms.txt, AI systems can read and cite your content. More on this on the GEO agency page.

Will I lose my Google rankings in a relaunch?

Not if the migration is planned properly. We capture all existing URLs, redirect each one via 301 to the matching new page and monitor rankings closely after go-live. How this works in detail is covered in the guide Relaunch without losing SEO.

After launch

What happens after launch?

That's up to you. Some clients take over their website completely, many stay with us for maintenance, updates and further development, from occasional support to a long-term partnership with Care or Growth.

Can I update content myself later?

Yes. In Sanity, you click on text directly on the page and edit it. With our AI module, you create new pages, blog articles and landing pages yourself, following your style guide. Handover includes a personal walkthrough.

What does support after launch cost?

With Care, you get a dedicated web team for maintenance and further development from €1,290 per month, and with Growth, ongoing visibility in Google and AI answers on top. Details under Website care.
