Allthings builds a proptech platform used by hundreds of real estate companies to manage their portfolios efficiently — a complex B2B product with several solution worlds, a grown CI system and international clients. The task: a presence that orders this complexity instead of merely mirroring it.

The starting point

An established platform with hundreds of enterprise clients, several products and audiences, and a multi-colour CI system. The challenge: a navigation and content model in which property managers find their way as quickly as executives — with the multi-stakeholder coordination on the client side that enterprise projects require.

Our solution

We restructured the content architecture — solutions, products and technology as clearly separated but connected worlds — and didn't replace the existing CI but disciplined it: a design system that translates the Allthings colour world into a calm, precise B2B aesthetic. Built in Webflow with an extensive CMS (product pages, blog, references, video testimonials), bilingual DE/EN and with thorough QA across all pages, languages and devices. The result: an enterprise presence worthy of the product — and a collaboration that didn't end. Allthings asked for ongoing support on their own initiative; since then we've been developing the platform continuously.
