Arsenal Pulse is a US executive search firm for the aerospace and defense sector, the “Arsenal of Democracy”. Instead of résumé volume, they deliver precise, highly selective search for key positions. Their presence had to convey this standard from the very first second.
The starting point
The existing Squarespace site didn't live up to the positioning: Arsenal Pulse operates at leadership level in an industry where trust, discretion and precision are everything. The website had to feel serious and assured — not like just another recruiting service provider.
Our solution
We built the presence from the ground up — from hero to offerings and team to real testimonials from clients like Antares and Mainshares — and sharpened the copy together with the client, because in the executive search world language co-determines credibility. Built in Webflow, including a clean domain migration from Squarespace, LinkedIn-optimised metadata and responsive design. Live since December 2025 at arsenalpulse.com: a presence that makes the premium positioning visible and builds trust with one of the most demanding B2B audiences.
