The starting point

HCI sells something delicate: assessments of people at leadership level. The site had to convey discretion and exclusivity and stand clearly apart from traditional consultancies, calm rather than promotional.

What we built

A dark theme, restrained typography and a few calm animations in the style of a private bank. Instead of a contact form, we built a three-step private inquiry: decision, context, readiness for an engagement.

Case examples open as modals, without any images. A confidentiality agreement is available for download on the inquiry page.

The result

humancapitalinsight.global has been live since January 2026, in English and technically prepared for more languages. We continued to support and refine the site through March.
