LeanWave equips industrial laundries and textile services with RFID: software, transponders and hardware from one source, so every single garment is tracked from intake to delivery. The product needs explaining, the audience does not: operations managers want to know what shrinkage costs and how fast it stops.

The starting point

Europe and the US were running separately, and the old site sat in an external developer's account. Both were to be merged into one presence that works in both markets, without either language feeling like a translation.

What we built

A bilingual site with English at the root and German below it, with translated URL segments, hreflang and x-default. Carried by 34 FAQ entries, twelve blog posts, three solution pages and customer voices, all editable in Sanity. Plus our own cookie consent instead of a bought-in banner.

The result

One presence for both markets instead of two half ones. Astro serves the pages statically, Sanity carries the editorial layer, and the client owns code and hosting. Live since August 2026.
